We have Self Pay Options:  

New Patient Visit | $125   $85 +

Established Patient Visit | $80 +

Well Woman and pap smear | $165 (includes pap smear cytology to outside lab) *cost may increase if pap is reflexed or special reading is required by outside lab

Influenza Vaccine | $30

Vitamin B-12 Injection | $25

Procedures and/or Rapid labs | Price Varies, based on assessment
