Rachael Nathan FNP

Rachael is originally from upstate NY, where she earned her Associates degree in nursing in 2005. She moved to Arizona and started working as a nurse in summer of 2005. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2010, and her Nurse practitioner masters degree in 2023. Her nursing background includes neuro, oncology, home health, pediatrics, and more. In her free time, she loves hiking, reading, spending time with friends and family.
